The nozzle measures 2 3 4" L x 3 4" in diameter. The inner diameter at the welding end (front end) measures 35 64". Please note that this nozzle also requires an insulator bushing part# M3T B to hold it on to the diffuser if you also need the diffuser it is part# M3T B. We do also sell a consumable kit that comes with a nozzle, bushing, and diffuser along an assortment
